In the year September 11, 2001, often named as 9/11(nine eleven), was considered to be a suicide terrorist attack upon the Untied States targeting the civilians of America. This was carried out on the day Tuesday, September 11th.

That morning on the 11th of September, terrorists hijaked four commercial passenger airliners. Each team of the terrorists included a trained pilot, the first two American airliners(United Airlines Flight 175 and American Airlines Flight 11) crashed into the World Trade Centre. Then the third plane(American Airlines Flight 77) crashed into the other tower, the Pentagon. The members and the passengers of the fourth airliner(United Airlines Flight 93) tried to take control of the hijaked plane;the plane crashed into a field near the town of Shanksville in the rural Somerset country, Pennsylvania.

The collapsing of the Twin Towers was horrifying. The structure of the building could not withstand the burning of the building. The first tower(south tower)collapsed at approximately 9:59am, after burning for 58 minutes before collapsing because of the impact of the airliner. The second tower(north tower)collapsed at approximately 10:28am after burning for about 103 minutes.

The moment of the 9/11 attacks had a terrible effect on the state of America and the whole world. The attacks were all caused by one man, Osama Bin Laden. Everyone hates this man and they all want to have him captured.

1. Turn into suoerman and fly around the world making everything right.
2. Stop using cars which use petrol and give out a lot of emmisions.
3. Plant trees which are cutproof and leave some trees which can be cut.
4. Help animals which are in danger and need a new home because pollution is damaging their home.
5. Help the poor people by asking people to donate to the poor.
6. Improve the technology of cars so that they only realease 2% emmisions like the new Toyota model.
7. Ships will not use huge diesiel powered turbines instead they might be able to use sugar.
8. Sieze the whalers from killing whale by shooting holes into there boats.
9. Stop the global warming by using a super machine to create a artificial ozone layer.
10. Planes will not use fuel as well instead they will run on orange juice.
11. Try to ride bicycles or other transport which doesnt pollute to place if we can.
12. Exercise more by running to places instead of using cars.
13. All transport should be less pollutant vehicles.
14. We should try to walk to places more often.
15. Try creating a ice machine which will give more ice to Antartica to prevent it from melting an keeping it solid.
16. Try to create a treaty to be signed by all the countries to stop creating weapons of destruction and other bad stuff.
17. Make factories which do not have any pollution when using the machines.
18. Stop wars between countries by signing a agreement contract.
19. Don’t waste the water in the world as it is a very precious resource.
20. Respect people in poorer countries by donating money to them.

Unfortunately i was unable to watch the senior dance/drama night matinee and art exhibit but in was able to enjoy a day of playing table tennis with other schools. It was early in the morning when i woke up, it was really cold but i was eager to go to play table tennis in homebush park at the state sport centre.

When i arrived there lots of people were already there and practicing. My partner for the table tennis competition was Michael Taylor. He was pretty good at table tennis and we were pretty good as partners. It was going to be such an exciting day playing table tennis. Soon after practicing for about 10 minutes the first competitions were started and Michael and i were up against a school that looked pretty challenging. We soon started our game and we soon realised that the other team was really good and we could not beat them but it was a very close game.

The game was long and it took a very long time as we had to verse each other six times but it was good pratice as well as competing against other players. Soon our game ended, although we lost we still had a great game against the other school. After a while we were up against another school and it was much easier and we won most of it easily, but it was still quite challenging.

Soon it was up to the single challenges and it was extremely hard because all the people there were so hard to beat. Michael and i got beaten in the first round, but it was extremely fun and i also learnt many techniques about how to hit the ball much better. Although we had been beaten out of the competition we still had a lot of fun playing table tennis all afternoon with other people from other schools who also got beaten out of the competition. It seemed like a very long time and although little action was required for playing table tennis we were all still tired and i was sweating so much. 

Time soon passed by and it was time to go. Although i did not want to go i had to, but i would always have the chace to play table tennis again.Overall it was such a FUN FUN FUN day!!!

***::!!!INTERNATIONAL DAY!!!::***

On the 19th of June Carlingford Highschool held the event, INTERNATIONAL DAY!!! People from many chosen countries were setting up stores and getting ready for selling there products. This was a very great day to be experienced by  all the people from different religions to celerbrate the moment.

All stores were open after a while and then that was when the fun had begun. All stores were basically piled up with customers of all religions trying the food and drinks and the games in some stores. The korean store had their own band and the Chinese had a dragon dance, the French and English/Irish/British had games, the French also sold heart balloon!!What amazing things were going to happen!!

During period 3 and 4 people rushed into the hall eager to watch the fabulous performances from all the countries. The performances were so interesting to watch, the fashion was really good as people got to see the different costumes wich each country wore. The music performances were excellent from the indians, the korean and the south east asians, i thought that the korean music performance was one of my favourites. The indian performance showed the vibrant clothing colours of india and even the teachers from that group came onto the stage wearing th traditional dresses.

Soon after a long enjoyable time the performances ended. During lunch and period 5 we were allowed to roam around the school and experience the food from the different countries. The Korean store was so crowded but the food was absolutely IRRESTIBLE!! The Italian stores spaghetti was so YUMMY!! The japanese stores pancakes were so delicious with its nice sauce and the seaweed on the top it was so DELICATE!!! All the stores were so interesting, none of the stores didnt have something that was not good. There was even the mini world cup which turned out to be very confusing but anywa the matches.

 Sadly time went by so fast, but it was so fun for all the people. Soon the event came to a end and groups were sent to our country groups and given parts of the school to clean up. What a great day it had been for all the people from different religions. The people hope that this event can be held again in the time which they are at this school.     

One of the lastest movies that i have seen is “snow dogs.” This movie is not a series. this movie is about a Maimi dentist named Ted Brooks and he finds he has been named in a will, and form there a travels to Alaska to claim his inheritance.

But once he reaches there his dream is turned to mushes, as he discovers that he has been left a team of sled dogs. not only do the dogs not warm up to him, but he meets a old, crusty mountain man named Thunder Jack, Thunder Jack thinks that the dogs Ted Brooks is Miami’s answer to a dental superstar. He’s rich, handsome and has a thriving business called Hot Smiles which he has inherited from his late father. Suddenly, his life changes when he receives a summons from Alaska, naming him in the will of a woman he’s never heard of. Even though this is the day she dreaded, his mother tells him he is adopted and that the deceased woman, Lucy, was his birth mother. Shell-shocked, Ted boards a plane to Alaska to find out about his bloodline and makes his way to the quirky town of Tolketna. There he meets a group of eccentrics, including the town’s magistrate and pilot George, the lovely saloon owner Barb and the crusty mountain man Thunder Jack Ted also discovers he has inherited a top team of sled dogs, lead by the huskie Demon, a real sweet-natured dog (sure, with a name like Demon, you’d believe that). The dogs take an immediate disliking to the city slicker as does as Jack, who would like nothing better than for Ted to hurry back to warmer climates. Jack badgers Ted to sell him the dogs, but after an interesting turn of events, Ted decides to stick it out in Tolketna and learn all he can about dog sledding that his mother loved so much. And from there on he learned the way of sledding and he soon is in some race where he trying to save his father and from there on he is then respected by this wild man.   

MY NICKNAME OF THE YEAR IS LEWIMECHELO, ISN’T IT A GREAT NICKNAME. ONE OF MY GOOD FRIENDS MADE IT UP AND I REALLY LIKE IT. THANKS ALOT TO HIM!!! 

What really concerned me in the news lately was the miners which were trapped underground. The rocks above them had suddenly caved in on them, killing one of the miners during the accident.
